The double room we stayed in had a cool retro vibe, complete with a coffee maker and a French window, just like they showed in the pictures. the breakfast spread was good, including yummy yogurts and brioches — it was nice to have some variety and try out new things.

The free coffee and biscuits were a nice touch, and the location was great for exploring the city center. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable.
The customer service was terrible - the owner never said anything more than asking for payment, and it left us feeling unwelcome. there was no variety to the breakfast, and we were left hungry after eating the same thing every day.

During my Christmas stay in Palermo, I had a great experience at a B&B. The location of the property was ideal as it was close to many of the city's key attractions such as the cathedral and other sites. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable ambiance. The breakfast served each morning was a delight and provided a variety of options to choose from.
That the staff was not readily available at all times. There were times when assistance was needed but could not easily be obtained.
